Perpetual Spinach is quite hardy and prolific supplying a "perpetual" harvest of succulent leaves from spring through fall.

This is a spinach like green that is actually a slim stalked and smooth leaved swiss chard. Perpetual Spinach is much slower to bolt during hot weather and long days of summer than true spinach.

Approximately 50 days to first harvest. Known botanically as Beta vulgaris cicla.
