The stainless steel Hori Hori Knife does not rust and is sharper than the original Carbon Steel Hori Hori Knife.

The blade is curved like a trowel for digging and transplanting. One edge is sharp for weeding and cultivating and the other edge is serrated for cutting sod, dividing plants or cutting away tree roots. The stainless steel Hori Hori Knife also has Depth measurements embossed on the blade.
