Overview
Serrano is a small fruited hot green chili pepper that originated in the mountainous regions of Mexico.
It is sometimes described as a mini jalapeno (although it is noticeably hotter) as it has a similar bullet like shape. Plants are upright and branching and will producing over a long period. Fruit will slowly ripen to orange/red if left to fully mature.
Harvest approximately 80 days from transplanting. Known botanically as Capsicum annuum .
