Andover is an excellent storage parsnip. It is a delicious table vegetable when fried, boiled or creamed. Andover forms uniform tapered cylindrical roots 12-14" or sometimes longer.

Approximately 130 days to harvest. Known botanically as Pastinaca sativa.
