Refund/return Policy
Horticulture Guy's Garden Supply is committed to your satisfaction. Please return your product within 30 days of your products receipt date. Please return items in 'as-new' condition, in original packaging. Items not returned in new condition will not be accepted. All returns must have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, no exceptions. To obtain an RMA use the Contact Us form. You will receive an RMA number and further return instructions. Items not returned in original packaging with all protective wraps will be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. Used items are not accepted for return.
Order Status
We will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Please be sure that we have a valid e-mail address for you on file. Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you once the item is shipped. If you set up an account you can also check the status of your order in "View Account | Account Area | View Order History". If you do not receive a confirmation email please check your spam filter and change your settings to allow emails from us.

You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped.
