Overview
The Smart-Trap for Garden Pests protects garden plants from some of their worst enemies like cutworms, loopers, armyworms, earworms and fruitworms.
Smart Trap catches garden pests while they are breeding/non-feeding adults by luring and trapping them as moths, before they have the chance to reach the destructive larval (like caterpillars) phase of their life cycle.
The trap uses sight and smell to lure your garden pests. The battery-operated blue LED makes the trap glow brightly and attracts moths to lay eggs and the scented attractant draws them inside. The "whiskers" at the trap opening ensure that the moths can enter the trap but not escape. Each unit protects a garden of 150 square feet.
SMARTrap? does not use pesticides and does not harm beneficials like honey bees, predatory insects and earthworms.
Maintenance: Replace the attractant every 60 days (click related products tab), install fresh batteries periodically, and emptying the trap.
