The Bear-Claw has similarities to a Three-Prong cultivator and the Original Weeder. But it is a much more robust tool.
It can be used for delicate cultivation of garden beds, for mixing in fertilizers, raking leaves or debris, weeding small plants. Put a little elbow grease into it and it can be used for serious grubbing of fibrous rooted weeds and breaking up compacted soils.
